JOB DESCRIPTION

The Research Analyst will be responsible for contributing meaningfully to several pivotal investment functions including the production of a periodical global market dashboard, asset class reviews, investment newsletters or commentaries, market outlooks and capital market expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investment and operational due diligence calls and meetings
  • Assisting with site-visits and manager due diligence documentation and presenting findings
  • Production of asset class reviews, monthly commentaries, chart books, and market outlooks, among others
  • Production and documentation of quarterly capital market expectations
  • Assisting with the creation and management of peer groups across multiple public and private asset classes
  • Contribute meaningfully to weekly investment committee meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cultural fit paramount; specific experience important, but a secondary consideration
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years of investment experience; family office, foundation, or wealth management experience a plus
  • Experience in a multi-asset class/multi-manager environment a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; professional designation and/or advanced degrees a plus (MBA, CFA, CAIA, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (writing sample may be requested); client presentation experience a plus
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, eVestment, and Pitchbook a plus
